a new (and delightful) volunteer op
Oct. 5th, 2006 12:34 pmI got a number of cool suggestions about where I should volunteer. And, after making some inquiries, I have gone in a totally different direction.
A web resource that I love to use is the Worldwide Labyrinth Locator. I know I've posted about it here before. I sent an email to the Labyrinth Society webmaster, and asked if they could use some help in keeping the WorldWide Labyrinth Locator current for the US. He said, absolutely! They're based in the UK, so it's probably pretty difficult for them to do that sort of thing themselves. He said that I should just email him with whatever information I have, and he will make the changes. Apparently, they're also planning to roll out a new database which will make it easier to update.
