heartexalted and I got a belled collar on the kitten so that it will be easier not to step on her in the dark, which my other roommate was horrified to have done a few nights ago. She is deeply freaked out by this jingling thing around her neck which she CANNOT PLAY WITH. Poor baby. I should get her a ball with a bell in it. I hear they're good for safe signals too.
