I know, I know.
Sep. 26th, 2005 09:44 amYou're waiting with bated breath, thinking, "What's going on with her computer?"
Just kidding. Well, anyway, I installed an alternate floppy drive and created a rescue disk, which, if it works, will go in my safe deposit box, which I don't have yet.
I attempted booting the ailing computer from the rescue disk in safe mode. But apparently it didn't boot from the rescue disk. What do I do, other than just putting the disk in the drive before I turn the computer on and holding down the F8 key?
Also,
mrpet did some tests on the memory and the hard drive. It didn't turn anything up.
I'm starting to feel at a bit of a loss.
