If you live in Massachusetts, you should vote today. There is a special election to replace Charlie Shannon, a state senator who passed away.
Whoever you support, make your voice count!
Edit:
katkt rightly points out that you must live in the second senatorial district in order to vote. If you live in Davis like us, it's the poll in the VFW.
Whoever you support, make your voice count!

Date: 2005-08-30 07:25 pm (UTC)I found this, which lists all the MA senate districts and the towns/wards/precincts that are in them.
Unhelpfully, they aren't numbered or anything useful like that. So as far as I can tell, there is no "second senatorial district". Rathere there is a "Second Essex and Middlesex" senatorial district and a "Second Bristol and Plymoth" district and a ....
And so on including a "Second Middlesex" district (which is ours and *not* the same as "Second Essex and Middlesex"
Don't you just love Massachusetts?
