more delicious lunches

Yesterday:

- mixed baby greens salad with beets, pecans, and cheddar and sesame shitake dressing
- a sandwich with bakery bread, the last of the chicken with the red pepper pesto and cream, tomatos, and onion

Today:

- mixed baby greens salad, same as the first but with fabulous nameless cheese mrpet bought and soy ginger dressing
- pitas with tabouleh and homemade taziki sauce

The taziki sauce was yummy. I made enough so that I can make myself a gyro for tomorrow's lunch. Or just do the same thing again if it's still really hot and I want something light.
