Yes.
Or maybe I should say that I believe that the potential to love can be recognized at first sight.
2. Would you ever want to change your gender - at least for a day?
Yes. I wouldn't want to change it permanently, but I'd love to be able to change it back and forth at will. Although it might be even more fun to be able to change the gender of people I'm sleeping with. Yup, that's right, I'm a big kinky freak.
(Edit: actually, this is a confusing question. I think the author may have meant "change your biological sex." But changing one's gender isn't all that difficult, since gender is mostly on the inside. At least as I see it. In any case, I would be very into being able to change my sex or my gender presentation at will.)
3. What drives you craziest about your partner?
Hmm. Probably stuff related to housework. I can say that publicly, he knows how I feel.
4. Do you believe in kissing on the first date?
Oh yes. In fact, for me, the intention to kiss is what separates a date from a non-date.
5. Do you wish you had slept with more or fewer people?
I don't wish I'd slept with more or fewer people in general. However, there are some people I've slept with that I wish I hadn't, and some people that I want to sleep with that I haven't been able to. So, I guess the answer is "yes."

I wouldn’t mind changing my gender for a day. Or a week just so I can get the raise to go with the extra dangly bits.

Don’t have one at this moment, and I don’t think its fair to comment on X partners.

Maybe slept with some people more, but not more people.
