If I had written it, it would include some thoughts on contraceptives (legal - accessible to minors - what about government subsidized?) and the ability of women to choose their own birth situations (make midwifery and home birth legal everywhere - bridge the gap between obstetric research and practice - cover labor support costs with insurance!). Because those are aspects of sexuality, too. But really, it's darned good.
