Last night I finished Moving Targets and Other Tales of Valdemar edited by Mercedes Lackey. I have been reading the Valdemar books since college. Although for the most part they have gone downhill in quality (the recent Foundation was a pleasant surprise) they are still comfort food for me. I found this one very soothing and enjoyable, although I must admit, if I am to be honest, that perhaps it wasn't actually very well-written. But it has comfort-blanket qualities.
I will be experimenting with review categories all this month. Feel free to give me feedback if you have any.
