another migraine

I had another migraine this morning. I am starting to keep a detailed migraine journal for the neurologist and further care professionals to look at. A month's worth of detailed data should amount to something, I hope. And I do know some things about the previous migraines - timing, triggers, what was helpful. And hopefully the neurologist herself will be very helpful. Still, this sucks a lot.
