In my dream, I was served with a legal document that said my aunt and uncle had given me a gift of $100 some years ago and that I had agreed to save and invest it. The document was two pages on creamy white letterhead with bullet points. Now that time had passed, they were checking up on me to make sure I had kept my end of the deal. The implication was that if I had not, they would take the money back (although, how could they take it back if I hadn't saved it?). I remembered them giving me money, but not in that amount. I didn't remember agreeing to save it and invest it and I was sure I had never signed anything to that effect. I was reassured to think that I definitely had that much money in my savings account, and I could say it was from them whether it was or not. The document said that two old acquaintances of mine had been at the dinner when they gave me the money, and one of them, Amadea (mispelled in the document as Amdea), had helped them to find me. The other one, Devon, was mentioned but not by name (but I knew it was her). She had not agreed to cooperate with them.
I decided to tell them that the money had been wisely invested in kombucha supplies. There was a kombucha baby in the dream.

ETA: There was another little dreamlet at the end where mrpet was offering to limit my upload speed, and I was telling him that I had already done that. Interesting.
