Re the energy-/body- work share. My answer is both "maybe" and "It sounds kinda cool, but I don't know how to do that stuff."

Cool. I'm glad I made that an option since it seems to apply to a lot of people. I will make sure that the share includes a workshop, or maybe two mini-workshops, so that people who are in the "kinda cool, etc" boat can have some ideas of things to try.
