4) Coming home to find that someone else has filled, or emptied, the dishwasher
5) Flirtatious glances
6) Finding a park in a part of town you thought you knew inside and out
7) The smell of lilacs
8) Asking someone to do something, and hearing "I already did!" in response
9) Chalk drawings on the sidewalk
10) Getting sincere smiles from strangers

(2) Finding that I've remembered to fill the Brita pitcher.
(3) Ben making my bed if he'd slept in after me.
(4) Organic produce on sale.
(5) My boss leaving for a meeting when I am trying to avoid him.

#7 is a favorite of mine too, especially when you just happen upon a lilac bush growing in someone's yard and it overhangs the sidewalk.
