So now I have two and a half sweaters done, and I'm still loving it.

Got my kniddy-knoddy set up, and I'm loving that, too.

I think tomorrow may be my day of washing yarn. Any suggestions on what to use for weights to get the kinks out? (Yes, one situation where you want to.)

In my fibers studio in college we had special 'yarn weights'.
We always ran out, and so we would use clean snapple bottles filled with water or sand to weight yarn. I always wanted to take pictures of this and send it off to snapple. I never did, because I'm lame.

Just curious - but how did you attach the snapples?

Oh, sorry. We made hooks out of coat hangers. We tried cords to the bottles or sometimes used elastic bands to hang the hooks from.

I have to say,

... knowing nothing about this subject area, you have the coolest terminology. Maybe I'd like a kniddy-knoddy set-up of my own, because it's a tool best used by one person. *wink wink*
