Sleepless again.

My body decided it made sense to pass out at ten-thirty with the lights on, then wake up at four and be completely unable to regain a state of unconsciousness.

I hate the feeling of being tired and not being able to sleep. Also, I hate the way you feel the next day. Foggy.

I think I'll try again now that I've been up knitting for a while.

Thanks! Actually, I fell asleep shortly after I posted that, and slept later than my usual waking time of seven, which I generally don't do even after a sleepless night. So overall it was only a net loss of an hour, I think.
