Raven Kaldera's book The Ethical Psychic Vampire is finally available from Xlibris.

I was lucky enough to read a preview of this book, and it's really amazing. I recommend it strongly to anyone who is interested in the topic.

His book Hermaphrodeities: The Transgender Spirituality Workbook, which is also wonderful, is also available.
