snugglekittyLast night I was feeling really tired. So, I went to bed. (Even though it was seven-thirty.) And I slept for eleven hours.
Wow. I didn't know that I was CAPABLE of sleeping for eleven hours.
It seems like I'm having bursts of high activity interspersed with needing to rest very intensely. I haven't been pushing myself to exhaustion, or really at all - just doing what feels appealing.
Also, deep revelations are very tiring.

With sleep I figure that my body knows what it wants, and if needs 11 hours, go for it!
