interruption of REM
Jul. 9th, 2008 08:11 amSo here's what I've noticed now two days in a row - if something wakes me up early in the morning, I don't remember as much of my dreams after that.
All I remember this morning was the song "Paralyser" in my head, and a feeling of thoughtfulness. No, that's not true - in my dream I was on a dock, all weatherbeaten. The sky was grey. I don't think anything was going on, I was just standing there, watching the birds. Interesting.
But still, two days in a row something has woken me up around six (yesterday it was my cats, today it was my neighbors) and I haven't remembered as much of my dreams either of those days.
dreamsigns: setting place, emotions
