new body jewelry
Dec. 12th, 2005 02:07 pmThis post could be seen as narcissistic, so feel free to skip it.
I got my new body jewelry in the mail. I had ordered it from Tribaletic. As always, I am happy with the price, the turnaround, and the quality. It's a single-jeweled navel barbell from their new Faux Opal line, with screws in both ends. It's 14 gauge, 3/8 of an inch long.
Looking at it in my tummy, it seems quite clear that it is a) too long and b) too skinny. My piercing hold has apparently stretched, tho I wasn't stretching it on purpose. If it doesn't grow in closer, I will need my next piece to be wider, and I definitely want something shorter if I can find it. But I'm perfectly happy with this. The jewel is very pretty.
