interesting food I have recently cooked

- Squash and potato soup, which was a huge hit

- Mild vegetable curry with coconut milk, pumpkin, and apple

- "Breakfast soup" - typically a lentil soup which is nourishing but intentionally a bit sweet and/or bland, so as to be easy on AM digestion - this one included beets and spinach

- Spinach salad with goat cheese, onions cooked in port, and walnuts

We got our last farmshare a few days ago. Not really sure what to do with all those turnips, but I'm definitely going to make my pumpkin soup with gouda cheese with the pumpkins. Yum! Also, I love leeks!

Sadly, it appears as though there is no soup for me for one reason or another. However, I'm certain there will be other opportunities for me to try your fabulous breakfast soup!
