back from Maine

A good time was had.
Except, going somewhere when you want to go to the beach, and then it's fifty and raining the whole time, then you come back and it's still hot and humid?
That's very annoying.
Also, if the place you go is raining, you are more likely to spend money. Speaking of which, Camden, Maine, has several yarn stores. Also, there is an alpaca farm nearby, where I purchased much yarn for myself and
starkeymonster. There is also a nice lingerie store there, where I made out like a bandit. (If the bandit had lots of people to kiss, I mean.) And somehow
mrpet and I managed to stop at Freeport on the way back.
Now I am sitting back at home, starting to feel somewhat relaxed. It's nice to go away, but it's always nicer to come home. At least, if you're me. :)
