Does anyone want some fresh local vegetables?

We have right now summer squash, peppers, eggplant...

It would be awesome to exchange them for a smaller amount of some finished product (like maybe babaganoush).

Let me know if you're interested. We have more than we need.

Now if I was state-side I would offer stuffed eggplant. It's really yummy and I can give you a recipe if you like.
