screencaps?

I am looking for a screencap from Spirited Away, of the little folks knitting at Zeniba's place towards the end of the movie. Thought it would make a good crafty icon.

My roomie has the DVD of Spirited Away. Would it be possible for me to do this without fancy graphics software, or should I just beg someone else to do it?

try checking out cap_it. Read the userinfo there is some kind of system for requesting caps and lots of caps already posted.
