veggies, lots!

Okay, so we started getting our farmshare yesterday.

Unless things change dramatically from the last two years, we will now be having an ongoing surplus of fresh, local veggies from now until November.

Does anyone want some? Even with one large share (and we're probably going to get two, this year) it's more than we can eat. We will trade some for backrubs, non-veggie foods, or, um, something. :)

Maybe I'll make saag paneer today. I'm definitely going to make a big salad.

Do you have a saag recipe that you like? The one time I tried making it, I fell on a recipe that was disappointing, to say the least, and I've never gone back (though I do love saag paneer).
