It occurred to me this year that pickle-making could be a great way to deal with that time in the farmshare where you are just overwhelmed by the quantity of the vegetables. :) I think it's going to be great!
So far I haven't done any canned pickles, only the countertop kind. I'm a little scared about trying to sterilize jars and stuff like that. They still stay good in the fridge for quite a while though, even without canning.
