They Did It With Love by Kate Morgenroth
Feb. 20th, 2008 05:21 pmI saw this book on the booksense.com website. I've been in a mystery mood recently, so I gave it a whirl - and what a whirl! Morgenroth examines the lives of a group of wealthy suburban couples. Everyone has a secret - or several. The sudden death of one of the members of the women's mystery book club (no moms allowed) stretches friendships and marriages to the breaking point. This book was original, funny, true, and hard to put down. It was also very quick. A great book for a long weekend. Recommended for mystery buffs and anyone who is in, used to be in, or likes to mock wealthy marriages or suburbs. Four stars.
