There's a very nice ND in my building, Dr. Oceana Rames whose website www.droceana.com is very unhelpful and under construction, but who I would call about the york blood tests, because I know that she is very nutritionally-oriented, but I honestly don't know her scope of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor.
