no stove spinach

snugglekittyThis is the spinach that goes to sleazy bars, orders the house beer, and walks around saying, "Hey, baby, what CHOO doin'?" In other words, it's very easy.
1 4 oz box frozen spinach
1 small tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
salt to taste
Chop garlic and tomato. Put the frozen spinach in a microwave-safe bowl or casserole dish. Add tomato, garlic, and citrus. Microwave according to package directions. Stir thoroughly and salt to taste.
