something I don't get

snugglekittyI just read this in the journal of someone who will remain nameless:
"A girl died in 1933 by a homicidal murderer. He buried her in the ground when she was still alive. The murdered chanted, "Toma sota balcu" as he buried her. Now that you have read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will be on your ceiling. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. If you post this, she will not bother you. Your kindness will be rewarded."
Ummm.
There are a lot of things about this that confuse me.
1) This isn't even remotely believable. A girl died in 1933? What girl? Where?
2) Homicidal murderer? Uh - I could be confused here, but what other kinds of murderers are there?
3) Does "toma sota balcu" mean something? If it means something that has anything to do with socks, lentils, or goldfish, I'll be very amused.
4) If you were this little murdered girl, and you had the ability to kill people from beyond the grave, wouldn't you want to kill THE GUY WHO KILLED YOU? Not random people who committed the sin of not passing on the story of your death? Actually, if she were real, and I were her, I would also go for the person who started this chain without including her name. The dead want their names remembered, and if that were me, I'd be pissed.
5) How is it kind to pass this story along to all of your friends? Is it going to bring the little girl back?
And, mostly importantly,
