a tasty summer lunch

snugglekittyToday at the farmer's market, I got some heirloom tomatos and slicing cucumbers. I put them in a bowl with Greek dressing, some sweet onion, a small amount of spicy red pepper, and half a crisp apple. I had bakery bread with artichoke pesto on the side. Yum!!
