time for oneself
Feb. 7th, 2005 08:46 amI just halved my social schedule for the week.
I realized that I had no time planned for myself, so when was I going to do anything about all that personal work I'm trying to work on?
I am too used to scheduling stuff to fill all the free time that I have. I need to get out of that habit. At heart, I'm an introvert. Time by myself is what I need to unwind and refresh myself.
So, if you email me asking to get together in the next space of a while, don't be surprised if I say no. I need to carve out some major time for myself, and then I need to decide what stuff is actually going to fit well with the work I need to do.
I hope to come back to myself, and all of you, when this is done.
