I am making a long-overdue pot of carrot ginger soup.
And a similarly-overdue pot of root veggie curry with cabbage.

jenaflynn was kind enough to agree to pick up dumpling wrappers for me. And these wrappers, I will turn them into dumplings with cabbage and leek and mushroom.
I also have a tentative plan to make squash and goat cheese lasagna.
And then I will have Lots of Food.
