If you'd like to donate blood, and know you are free of blood-born diseases, but you can't because of who you've had sex with, post this in your journal.

(By the time I was old enough to give blood, I was already disqualified by having sex with boys who have sex with boys. And unless my primary and I break up, AND I completely change my taste in boys - neither of which seems likely - that's never going to change.)

hum. not to be intrusive/nosy, but last i checked the rule was whether you had done so in the last 12 months? (slept with a boy who sleps with boys..)

i'm also on the list of people who goes around disqualifying other people until 12 months after they stopsleeping with me, which sucks. (for hiv risk, but not for who i've had sex with.)

It was like that the last time I checked, too -- but I don't check very often, since I'm disqualified for life (for having lived in Europe).
