I've seen it, and I was pissed, but then a commenter pointed out that there's plenty of captions the other way around--white people "looting" and blacks "finding food." It's easy to be selective about what you present.

It is all looting, but some of it is necessary--like for food and basic supplies. But the people going into Wal-Mart and grabbing jewelry and DVD players, and the cops doing it too, and helping them? Uh. Guys? Priorities? They also grabbed guns from there, and some have been shooting at cops. Oy. Not good.
