Yesterday for lunch: yogurt with fresh raspberries and cherries, and a Caesar salad
For dinner: fresh gnocchi with curry, sheeps' milk cheese, greens, and lamb sausage
I'm starting to get in the habit of cooking myself really good food. Definitely a great step.
I got a good nights' sleep and am feeling very rested and energetic for the first time in a while. Today is going to be a get-stuff-done day, I sense.
Edit: And today for lunch: Caesar with baked tofu and cashews, followed by cold soup of the preparation of my next post...
