ISO women's self-defense class
Jan. 11th, 2005 10:34 amI would like to attend a women's self-defense class in the Boston area. Does anybody know of any good ones?
Note: I am not looking to just join a standard dojo. I need a class that is focused on self-defense, ideally something that you do for six weeks or twelve weeks or whatever and then it's over and you get a little certificate. It's very important that the class be for women, and it would be ideal for the instructor to be a woman as well.
