1. designed for me by tshuma after i referred to the "flying monkey angst squad" dropping bombs of angst on me. she said she couldn't drive them away, but she could make me an anti-flying-monkey-angst-squad icon :) i have it almost more because it makes me smile that she made it for me than for the icon content itself. i use it... well, about for what you'd expect from the anti-flying-monkey-angst-squad icon.
2. art by jerry uelsmann, one of my favorite artists, of a tree, which is one of my personal symbols. i also love how it is a tree, and a home, and how he does all his work on the photos themselves, (this was all done pre-digitally). i have a poster of it on my wall. i use it sporadically, for things about art or home, but it's not strongly associated with anything in particular.
3. art by catherine mcintyre which i stumbled across one day on the internet many years ago. i love how the ribs echo the nautilus, and the colors she used. i use it for feeling cold, alone, hungry, sad...
